Back in Gangtok, discover its spiritual and cultural treasures, including the serene Tsomgo Lake and the revered Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. Delight in the charms of MG Road before setting off to Namchi, home to the magnificent 118-feet tall Guru Padmasambhava statue and the serene Char Dham complex.
Your journey continues to Pelling, where the ancient Pemayangtse Monastery and the sacred Khecheopalri Lake await your exploration. Watch the sunrise at Tiger Hill, soak in the rich history of Rabdentse Ruins, and bid adieu to the serene landscapes of Pelling.
Relish the memories of an unforgettable journey as you depart for NJP or Bagdogra Airport, carrying with you the cherished experiences of Sikkim’s breathtaking beauty and cultural wonders.
Arrive at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport. Transfer to Gangtok (about 4-5 hours drive). Check-in to the hotel and relax after the journey. Explore MG Road in the evening, enjoy local cuisine, and shop for souvenirs. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
After breakfast, depart for Lachen (about 5-6 hours drive). En route, stop at Singhik View Point and Seven Sisters Waterfall for breathtaking views. Visit the confluence of rivers Teesta and Lachen Chu at Chungthang. Reach Lachen, check-in to the hotel, and rest amidst the tranquil surroundings. Overnight stay in Lachen.
Early morning drive to Gurudongmar Lake (subject to military permissions and weather). Witness the pristine beauty of the sacred lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Return to Lachen for breakfast and proceed to Lachung (about 2-3 hours drive). En route, visit the Yumthang Valley, also known as the Valley of Flowers. Check-in to the hotel in Lachung and relax in the picturesque valley. Overnight stay in Lachung.
Optional: Early morning visit to Yumesamdong (Zero Point) or Katao (subject to weather). Return to Lachung for breakfast. Depart from Lachung to Gangtok. En route, visit the soothing hot water springs in Yumthang Valley. Reach Gangtok and check-in to the hotel. Rest and relax in Gangtok. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Visit Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake) and Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. Optionally, visit Nathu La Pass (subject to permit availability and weather conditions). Explore the beautiful Flower Exhibition Centre and Do Drul Chorten Stupa. Enjoy a leisurely evening in MG Road, indulging in shopping and local delicacies. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
After breakfast, depart for Namchi (about 2-3 hours drive). Visit the awe-inspiring 118-feet tall statue of Guru Padmasambhava (Samdruptse). Explore the Char Dham complex, featuring replicas of revered pilgrimage sites. Admire the serenity of the Ngadak Monastery and the beauty of Sai Mandir. Return to Gangtok and spend the night in the hotel. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Check-out from the hotel and drive to Pelling (about 4-5 hours journey). En route, stop at the picturesque Temi Tea Garden with Mt. Kanchenjunga in the background. Continue to Pelling and check-in to the hotel. Visit the historic Pemayangtse Monastery, known for its Buddhist art and culture. Explore the tranquil Khecheopalri Lake, considered sacred by the locals. Overnight stay in Pelling.
Early morning, experience a captivating sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga (subject to weather conditions). Return to the hotel for breakfast. Explore the ancient Rabdentse Ruins, reflecting the region's rich history. Visit the serene Rimbi Waterfall and the Kanchenjunga Waterfalls. Admire the Chenrezig statue and traverse the enchanting Skywalk. Check-out from the hotel and depart for NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport (about 5-6 hours drive) for your onward journey.
